erasing all data on a jailbreak and unlocked iPhone 3g

I have an unlocked and jailbreak iphone 3g using iOS 4.02. It is unlocked using ultrasnow and jailbreak using redsnow. I want to sell this iphone, if I erase the data via “Settings” -> “General” -> “Reset”. Select “Erase All Content and Settings”, will this affect my unlocked and jailbreak? I want to know this first before doing it

Yes this will make it unbootable and you will have to restore and jb and unlock it again.
