Erasing data in ical, address book & entourage

I wondered whether anyone knew how to erase the info in ical, address and entourage as my syncing with a new hpone has made a lot of double an in some cases triple entries?

Or indeed is there any software program that fixes multi entries?

for ical i think u just drag that tab into trash. that's what i do and it gets that thing deleted...not sure if it's the proper way. kinda tedious too if u have to delete a lot of them

I recently discovered this has been happening. I only started syncing iCal with Entourage since right before I bought the iPhone. Since Entourage is my main source, I'm going to try deleting duplicates from there and see what happens.
