Ergonomic keyboards / mice?

I'm curious what peoples opinion are on ergonomic keyboards / mice.

Have you used them? Have they helped with wrist / arm pain? Any recommendations / things to stay away from? Anyone use a mouse with a trackball?

MX Master 2s is the best one I have tried.

I like the convenience of the M720 Triathlon and it is actually working also with older Bluetooth (MBP 2008).

I use this one, and I love it. I did have to remap the keys, but for the price, it works really well. It ended my wrist and hand pain.
