I used to use the thetering of my iPhone 3GS to have a internet connection for my MacBook Pro (with Leopard) while I was on the road without any problems. I ussually just had to connect the USB cable and ... Bingo, I was surfing over the internet.
Now, I have upgraded to Snow Leopard and always when I plug in the USB cable a message comes saying : " iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an error occurred (0xE800006B)." but it does sync Address, Calendars and etc ... , but no more thetering over the USB cable.
As I was on a bussiness trip and desperated to get a connection, I tried the Bluetooth way and it worked but it is slower specially to bring and send videos .... .
I've read over some forums that it could be related to the 64bit configuration of the Snow Leopard and that iTunes has not been re-written yet for 64bits. Could it be true ?
Any advice ?
Thanks in advance .....
