Error 0xE800800E Help?

Hi All, I have Jail broken & Unlocked my iPhone 3G 3.0 OS and is working great.

I found a list of assorted application and games I can install on the iPhone.

It tells me I just download them, open them with iTunes and then sync and done! Sounds simple right!

Well I tried and just when I think everything's fine I get the error message as follows: http://www.zshare.net/image/619006681c90f51a/

Tried uninstalling app/game and reinstalling but with no luck. Should I be doing this some other way?

They're pirated applications, and unless you have modified a specific file on your iPhone, you won't be able to install them.
