iPod touch Error 13

I just bought 2.0 and it couldn't install, it gave me "error 13" - what the hell is this? How do I fix it?

me too i had error 2003 than 13 than 6 than 13 again did you find out how do not get this error.


are you restoreing your ipod. mine says i have to restore it so i try to and than error 13 comes up. i hate this i just whant to play with my apps!!

Are you using a rubbish computer whilst trying to upgrade? Perhaps it has little RAM? Or it's simply the wrong type of RAM. What I mean is I originally was using a horrible Toshoba laptop that's about three years old with 192MB of RAM. I then moved to a more recent Sony laptop with more RAM and it worked perfectly.

thats probly it!!!! Because my computer has no memory what so ever. my upstairs computer still doesnt work, I might try it on my sisters labtop....that might work. If it doesnt work i will just go to the apple store.
