Error 1641 on Windows/IPSW not compatible

Hi,

I have just got a dev account and having troubles installing ios5 onto an iphone 4.

I've added the UDID on my account, installed iTunes 10.5 beta for Windows and backed up. I'm holding shift and selecting restore and selecting the ipsw. When I try to install the ipsw (and it is the Iphone4 GSM) it tells me that it is not compatible and gives the error 1641.

Any ideas?
