iPod touch Error 2005 and 3194 IOS 5

hi I have Ipod TOuch 4g. I had problem wid cydia SPringboard restart. so it freezes ipod every time i start i pod. its not usable anymore. I tryed to restore my IOS from ITunes it shows error 3194. then i tryed Tiny Umbrella it shows error 2005. My ipod was jailbroken on IOS 5. Plz help. my Ipod is dead from yesterday. goin to 5.0.1 ios will slove my problem????. i just want to start my ipod back i dont care if its jail broken or not. Plz help :(
