error 3194 when trying to update from 4.3.2 to 4.3.3

I've been trying to update from 4.3.2 to 4.3.3 I got finished downloading 4.3.3 and it starts to update but I get a iTunes error that says could not be updated. An unknown error occurred 3194.

Anybody know how to fix this? My iPhone is a 3GS and in not Jailbroken, was in the past but undid it. Before I updated I backed up my SHSH's 4.3.2 with Tinyumbrella like I always have.
