I have tried to restore and update my iPhone 7, but every time I try, it says that an error occurred. I have tried everything from updating my iTunes on my Mac, checking the wifi connection, changing the port and cable, etc. I still cannot get it to work. I have tried to contact iTunes but they keep trying to call me - but my phone does work at all to where I can answer their calls. Does anyone know how I can chat with a representative of apple??? I am so fed up.
