Error -43 , when connecting Virtual Machine on Windows PC in network

I am getting the following error when I try to connect my MAC MINI (Leopard) to a Virtual Machine OS installed in a WINDOWS PC in the network.

"Error -43" When Using Windows File Sharing (SMB)
