Haven't seen a lot of iPad trouble threads..every time iTunes starts backing up my iPad to restore I get this message, it won't go away. How can I fix this?

I was getting this on my 1st gen iPad today as well. Kept retrying the restore and magically it worked after the third or fourth try. Not sure.
