“Error 6” - how to fix it, please?

Did install InDesign Trial on USB memory stick properly set with its own OSX and plugged in MacBook Pro OSX 10.6.

The trial works OK when Mac is started from USB memory stick as a startup disk,
however when I try to open this InDesign Trial when Mac is working in normal mode i.e. started up from HD
I get this message

“Error 6”

And InDesign Trial cant be opened.

How to eliminate this error 6 and make possible to open InDesign Trial when Mac is started in normal way - from HD
