iPhone 11 Pro Error at Apple Store

I prepared on the Apple store app yesterday to order a specific phone. So I went on right as the store opened to process the pre-order. When I got to submit order, it kept saying an error occurred while trying to fulfill request. Every time I try to check out I get that message. I tried to go to the website on my computer and it doesn't do anything. And then finally sys there is an error while processing my request. (I got that while trying to hit the shop button).

Yeah, it looks like it worked for a minute and it broke. The accessories page is broken now, but you should retry ordering the phone. My wife retried a couple of times until it went through. Mine went through right away.

Eventually I had to order it on my computer. And, yes, the delivery did slip a week
