Error authorizing iTunes

I get the attached error while trying to authorized my iTunes account. What directory is it talking about? I can change the permissions if I knew what it was looking at.
I just restored my computer with Time Machine after Snow Leopard had driver issues.

Edit:
Found it. iTunes requires a shared folder to exist.
