Error Code 0 when copying to external drive

Hello

I cannot work out why I cant get this to work.

I have a lace drive I use for back ups, 400GB+ free. For some reason im getting the error code 0 when copying large files (30GB). It never did this before.

The drive is formatted correctly for use as you can see.

Try running first aid on both volume and disk. Then report feedback to Apple that “error code 0” goes against their design guidelines and is utterly useless when you just read that and they should improve the error message

Just wondering...

Can you still copy -smaller- files?
What we're trying to ascertain here is "the file size limit" beyond which copying won't work...

One other thing:
Have you tried a DIFFERENT connecting cable?
