Error code -1712

I recently got a droid razr and I downloaded the program MotoCast for my computer. Every time I click on the application I get this message: "The application MotoCast can't be opened. -1712." Please help! I'm tired of these shenanigans!

Unfortunately no, that didn't help the error does not show up in the "Force close" menu. I can't get it open at all, its never opened for me. Even after uninstalling/reinstalling the program.

I installed it a couple of times without realizing I didn't uninstall the program first. Could this be an issue? As a side note, it didn't open for me even before I installed it a couple of times.
