I'm trying to help someone fixing some problems with his MacBookPro (running OS X Yosemite 10.10) and Outlook (Outlook for Mac 2011, v.14.1.0) client. After some searching about issues with gmail and the 2-step verification safety function, we managed to have his e-mails sending and receiving correctly from his outlook, by setting up the outlook account with the one time 16 digit code provided by gmail.
However, when he changed from his office network to his home network, outlook stopped sending or receiving, and the error provided is: "an unknown error has occurred in outlook. Could not retrieve mail. Account mail: xxx. Error code: -3200".
We have searched for any info about this 3200 error code, but it seems like his the only person on the planet getting that error.
Any help is welcome.
