I noticed that my Aperture Library took longer to load and sometimes freezes my app.

Knowing this is a sign of pending hardware failure of my external HDD I decided to backup all the files on that file onto a newly bought external HDD.

Now, how do I salvage my Aperture Library that is experiencing (Error code -36)?

I did an Aperture Library First Aid and chose Rebuild Database.

Some Aperture Library copied successfully onto the new external HDD but my latest one stops at 446GB out of 463GB.
