Error: "Flash Player needs your permission to run"

I just purchased a new 15" MBPR...it came with Yosemite installed. Whenever I run a program that needs Adobe Flash Player, I now have to manually grant permission. I have never had to do this before and cannot find anywhere to grant permanent permission. This is all using Google Chrome browser. Can anyone help. It is an annoyance, not a super big deal. I have run a search and cannot find anything addressing this.
