Error in iWeb publishing......HELP NEEDED

guys, i'm fooling around with iWeb, creating a few pages and stuff, and when try to upload the website, i get this error half way of the uploading process that says:

PUBLISHING ERROR -An error occurred while publishing file "navbar_1_rollover.png"-

any ideas? this is frustrating because i haven't been able t upload my new webpage
