Error loading media

"Error loading media: File cannot be played"

Installed MacOS Sierra Beta 3

Some streaming videos won't play in Safari on my Mac but work in other browser and iPhone, getting error above. Is a plug-in needed to be installed? It was working before installing the beta MacOS. I deleted Flash and installed agin but that did not help.
