Error Loading to youtube

I have been trying to load video from my macbook pro to youtube. I have changed formats (mp4 and mov) and have tried multiple videos. I have also tried to load movies that were done in both imovie 06 and 08 without luck. I can then move the files to a macbook and instantly get them loaded. I have also done this in and out of the firewall with identical results as above on both machines Something has changed in my settings in the past few days-- but I cannot think of anything I have done.
