When I tried to open the file it gave me this error message. It looks kind of like those fake windows messages some people create, doesn't it? (Or am I not well, educated in windows messages?) beatsme macrumors 65816 Oct 6, 2005 1,204 2 Nov 5, 2006 #2 /NCRC is a real thing. It turns off the CRC (cyclic redundancy checksum) function. CRC is the thing that checks if files have been altered (not necessarily intentionally) during transmission. I'd leave it on.
