Texas, unfortunately.
I was downloading something on my moms dell. When I tried to open the file it gave me this error message.

It looks kind of like those fake windows messages some people create, doesn't it? (Or am I not well, educated in windows messages?)

/NCRC is a real thing. It turns off the CRC (cyclic redundancy checksum) function.

CRC is the thing that checks if files have been altered (not necessarily intentionally) during transmission. I'd leave it on.
