I got this error message pop up yesterday when trying to live stream the TNT sports football match using the apple tv box. This only happened with the 4k stream - the hi- def stream played ok.
I uninstalled the Discovery Plus app and reinstalled it after plugging out the tv, and box, for about 20 minutes. It then worked fine but I had to go out briefly and when I returned the same thing happened. I don't know whether it's an app problem or Apple tv. Anyone come across it before?
