error msg when trying to update Java HELP

Guys I have had an update come through for Java I keep getting this error message can any one help???

The update “Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 5” can’t be saved.

A networking error has occurred: Cannot open file (-3001). Make sure you can connect to the Internet, then try again.
