Error opening Airport Utility

I just upgraded my Intel MacBook from TIger to Leopard (10.5.4) and when I try to open Airport Utility I receive the following message:
You can't open the application "Airport Utility.app" because it is not supported on this architecture

What might I be able to do so I can open the Airport Utility? I have a Airport Express. Thanks.
