When subscribing to a particular podcast in iTunes, and even attempting to play it in the store without signing in, I get the error:-

"This movie requires Quicktime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."

Can this be a incompatibility between iTunes and OS X, since i am on Yosemite but have 12.4.1 of iTunes

However all other podcasts play fine..

By sheer coincidence, this is the same podcast i cannot play on Apple TV either...

Podcast name : Insight
Company: SBS
Australian iTunes Store

Update: If i download if from iTunes, I can play it fine, so the issue is just streaming this one.
