Error popup for few secs then disappear? Looked like a call but had Error as the name??

I was watching a youtube video and had my phone on the desk and I looked to see what popped up and it looked like a phone call but it had the word 'Error" on it and then it went away in 2 secs. Couldn't really read what it said cause it went away fast but I saw the word Error and some type of calling animation?

What was this? This is my first time seeing something like that. The phone is an iPhone 13 with IOS 18.4.1 installed.

Did you have a missed call or anything in your notifications? Could be some kind of scam fake caller ID.
Alternatively, do you have any conference call apps like Zoom?

I don't have any conference call apps and I didn't have any missed calls.
