error running/updating XMBC on Apple TV1

Finally got XMBC/Boxee to install on Apple TV (3.0.2). I can see the new menus, but I am not able to update/install XMBC or Boxee. I just get an error that says (error: unable to update). I am able to update the Launcher to 3.2.5 (I think), the Apple TV reboots and I try to update XMBC but I can't.

What am I doing wrong?
