Error Updating iOS 4 to 4.0.1 in iPhone 4

Anyone have any issues updating their iPhone 4 to the latest firmware 4.0.1?
I kept getting this error from iTunes:

"The iPhone cannot be updated at this time because the iPhone software update server could not be contacted or is temporarily unavailable."​

I tried restarting my Mac. unplugging my iphone4...Switch on/off iPhone...
Checked on my Firewall settings...still the same issue.

Tried downloading the OS4.0.1 separately and use "Option+Restore
in iTunes to restore but still the same issue...

Any idea what should I do?

P/S: Swapped my iPhone 4 in Apple Store due to camera producing Blue-ish spot in the middle. Hence, I setup my new iphone 4 restoring the backups from my previous iphone 4 settings.

This is most likely just an apple issue. Just wait a little while and try again.
