error when booting up vista 64 using bootcamp, help please.

i , i just finished installin vista 64 bit on my MBP, anyway
it's sucessfull, but whenever i start my windows partition, it always my this black DOS screen saying i got error or something like
unrecognize file partition , and some other thing, eventually i'm able to go into the windows, and it works normally, but is that normal ?
cause i never use windows before, so i don't know wheter my installation is not good or is that normal, cause also on my previous mac when i install windows XP i never get such a thing.

should i re install ?
or leave it like that ?

or is there any solution on how to fix taht ?

Can you describe the error you see on the screen, you could possibly just reinstall it again.
