Error when restoring back to iOS7

Hey guys, I'm getting this error 3134 and it says unable to update, I tried restoring using a backup from iOS 7 but it says this firmware is too old so I'm trying to update back to iOS 7 and then restore from my back up but I can't get back on iOS 7
