Error when syncing iPhone 4S

Anyone know what this error is and why it's happening?
Wireless syncing can sometimes be great and very often be a pain in the ass. It takes a while for my iPhone to show up on iTunes and even longer till I can click on it and do anything. Anyone else having any problems with wifi syncing?

its a software error on a windows machine probably caused by itunes have you upgraded lately? or are you still using an older gen itunes? also did you upgrade to 5.0.1?

Running iTunes 10.5 on Mac OS X 10.7.2 and iOS 5.0.1

well as of a few days ago wifi back up and sync with icloud/itunes was down. so i dont know if they are still fixing all the kinks or not.
