error while burning a VIDEO_TS folder

hi,

when i try to burn a VIDEO_TS folder in toast. i get this error

but it was weird i had the same problems with another VIDEO_TS folder, and it worked after i tired it on a new dvd.

what could the problem be? i dont think its the blank dvds.
