I have been converting some HD video files from my Panasonic HD Cam (can't remember the model number), that records to SD card - have used [] to convert to .mov files.
There's about 16GB of data which I have been trying to move to an external drive (LaCie portable connected via USB). I keep coming up with the following error message:

"Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred. (Error Code 0)"

My gut feeling is that there must be a limit on how much data can be copied across at one time over USB, since if I copy individual files from that directory, it goes off without a hitch. Copying the folder from one mac to another (in Target disk mode) also hasn't resulted in any errors.

Can anyone suggest a solution save swapping the hard drive out and putting it into a firewire enclosure?

Thanks

Ai, yes, it's formatted in Fat32

Guess I will have to reformat!

Thanks
