I have a video on the "Movies" section of iTunes, i Sync-it and the video doesn't show up on the iPhone...

You have to tell it to sync the movie. Connect your iPhone, then on the tabs at the top when it comes up go to the video section and click the appropriate box to sync the movie.
Its just like everything else on the phone, it doesn't automatically know what you want on there, you have to specify it.
