Errror message on OS 10.3

To anyone, I'm getting this error message on my Mac.
My G5 is connected to our office network which runs Windows 2003 server.
Now my G5 can't print from any application I just get the error message cannot print document. I checked the printers and there all there with all the printer setting and IP addresses. Any ideas anyone, our IT department is stumped.....
