Has anybody in the U.S. ever successfully managed to set up an iPhone repair using the Online Service Assistant and been given the option to use the Express Replacement Service?
Every time I go through it, it always auto-selects "Standard Service" and doesn't even give me the option, even for phones that have AppleCare. Is the only way to request ERS service to call in?
