so, like alot of people, I am going to get some more storage for my MBP.

I want to build my own external HDD:

250 - 320 GB
eSata (to host)
and SATA II (i.e. 3 Gb/s)

I have a couple of problemos:

1st - i don't know much about the compatibilty issues so if anyone has done something similar and its worked I'd appreciate their advice.

2nd - some retailers mention that the drive supports SATA II but i don't know if that means tthat the eSATA out (i.e to the computer is transferring at 3 Gb/s) or if they just mean you can place a SATAII drive in the enclosure and the transfer rate is a measly 1.5 Gb.
for example is this enclosure here a SATA II out device???

any suggestions much appreciated

(p.s i'd need an enclosure that has dual eSATA II and firewire/usb as i'm saving up until i can get an expresscard SATA II adapter in the UK/Europe whenever they finally appear here)
