Esc key...

I don't know if I'm being paranoid, of if it's the way it's supposed to be.

My new MacBook Air's esc key seems not very accurate. Sometimes I find myself having to press it twice for it to go through.

Is this normal?

Edit: Would it be safe for me to remove it to check if it's sitting properly?

I have no problems with my "esc key"...

My Esc key is working fine. On a previous MacBook multiple keys stopped working properly. I took it in and the keyboard was replaced under warranty.
