Hi,
I have a 2018 13" MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and I have this weird problem where for no apparent reason, the Esc and Siri keys on the Touch Bar stop working, and the Notification Center also stops working. Sometimes the Notification Center will work and the other two won't, and vice-versa. I am running Catalina, but I think I've had this happen on the previous OS, too. I tried googling this issue for a long time but it seems pretty unique... I did find a solution for the Notification Center bug though, which is running the command below in the Terminal app.
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist
killall NotificationCenter
So far I haven't found any command that resets my Esc and Siri keys though (they're currently not working and there's no telling when they'll randomly start working again). In any case, running a command every other day to fix the Notification Center is very annoying, so hopefully somebody knows of a permanent solution to my problem
Thanks!
