EscrowSecurityAlert on Activity Monitor?

Hi, I just discovered a process called EscrowSecurityAlert in activity monitor. Is this a legit app? Has it come from a third party software I have installed or is it an Apple provided software?

You are okay.... it is from Apple and part of a default Mavs install.
