eSim issues with cricket!

I have cricket top plan and it worked fine with my iPhone 13 and 3rd gen SE but now i'm only using the iPhone SE decided to switch to eSIM. Before going eSIM while i was roaming in Mexico I would get 4G LTE all the time now I dont get anything but 3G. Are there any settings I can do? 3G is awful for calls......
 
I know this late but you can reset network settings so it would be settings>general>transfer Or reset iphone>reset>reset network settings if that does not work contact your carrier
