iPhone 13 mini eSIM not working on iPhone 13

Trying to transfer my carrier plan from my 12 Pro to my 13 Mini. Using MINT mobile which is a T-Mobile MVNO.

eSIM DOES NOT WORK. I have contacted support, all they said was "we are working on it." It has been days.

I have to dual sim for work (domestic/international number) and cannot switch mint to physical SIM.

Does eSIM not work on iPhone 13? Everyone on reddit seems to be having the same issues.

Works fine on my 13 pro max on Verizon.

The eSIM definitely works. I have no problem with eSIM and T-Mobile. Maybe it’s a mint issue?

No I went from physical sim on my 12 pro max to esim.

From 12 pro to 13 pro esim to esim on T-mobile no problem and is working fine.

I couldn't transfer my eSIM from my 12 Pro Max to my new 13 Pro Max.

Had to "order" a new eSIM at carrier and manually set it up on the new 13 Pro Max.
