Mac OS X 10.5 only: While every machine running Mac OS X comes with the FileVault encryption tool, Espionage can lock down a single folder, and nor will it add all the processing and disk overhead or delay shutdown like FileVault will. The download is quick and painless, and creators TaoEffect have put together a screencast tutorial to get you started. For other ways to encrypt files, check out our guide to using TrueCrypt or creating an encrypted disk image on your Mac — just the thing for locking down laptops when traveling. The Espionage demo is a free download for Mac OS X 10.5 ("Leopard"); the full version costs $14.95.

Thinking about giving it a try, the screencasts look nice. Seems like a nice tool to have for an extra layer of protection.

I have it for 4 or 5 days now. Works good. No problems thus far
