ESPN app controls on Apple TV4K

Can somebody post the instructions on how to utilize the ESPN app on the Apple TV 4K? I cannot seem to figure out how to use multi cast and switching around from different events using multi cast. I have done a couple of searches but can’t seem to find anything that is recent and that is not a video. But I guess if I can find a recent video for the Apple TV 4K and TVOS 15 i’d be satisfied.

So thanks in advance for any tips or thoughts or links.
