Any ideas? Click to expand... Honestly with a jailbroken phone it could be anything from a rogue tweak to Appstore dev intentionally blocking JB'd phones. Try starting the phone in MobileSubstrate (or CydiaSubstrate these days) safe-mode and see if the app launches, just to narrow it down. To do it, simply turn off your device and when booting up, hold the volume up button.
