Apps ESPN notifications not scrolling

Sometimes when I get an ESPN notification everything is fine, other times it won't scroll down when I look at the watch as the notification arrives. Then I have to go to the watch screen, swipe down for notifications and then I can read the whole thing when I tap on it.

Anyone else seeing this?
