I've been using Cyberduck to do that but the big feature of Espresso is supposed to be that it's all-in-one. I tried Coda and it does it really well but I don't really want to buy it when I've already got a license for Espresso.

MobileMe doesn't use FTP, it uses WebDAV which Transmit & Cyberduck both support. Still, the problem is that Espresso should be all-in-one but at the moment I have to use two apps to commit changes to my website.
